Shop Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead team and continuously providing coaching sessions to ensure team meets their assigned sales goals and productivity goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team.
• Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure optimal coverage.
