Senior Business Development (Renos)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, strength and weakness with data-driven and present in visualization.
• Conduct financial forecast, budget, operational process or actions needed to execute assigned projects.
• Perform business deep dive analyses to solve business questions, Set up key metrics and translate the findings through report and presentation. (Focus on Indonesia Branch)
• Leverage data and tools to deliver dashboards and reports to help driving business value and improve process for working team.
• Develop annual business plan, financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits.
• Conduct presentation or data-backed report to support the management team in taking strategic business decisions and BOD for the assigned projects.
• Planning, Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives cross functional as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking or finance or related fields
• Experiences in financial modeling
• Comfort to work abroad 5 months a year
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, and attentive to details
• Good command in English communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn fast
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL or visualization tools will be a plus
