Senior Associate, Personalized Campaign

Job Responsibilities

•   Develop and manage personalized marketing campaigns across channels in both of digital & traditional channels

•   Identify initiatives/new ideas/new techniques for improving campaign results according to feedback from channels and its performance

•   Design the core engine/business logic for campaigns target/moment of contact and offers according to customer interact journey and their behavior

•   Provide high level of campaign requirement to campaign solution/development team

•   Pre-analysis target sizing and able to execute campaign through campaign management tool such as Pelatro

•   Collaborating with marketing/sale & distribution/customer service to delivery and maximize efficiency in campaigns launched

•   Track & Evaluate performance of launched campaigns with regular reports/analysis

•   Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value to ensure maximum revenue & best customer experience

Qualifications

•   A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field 

•   At least 5 years of managerial role in Marketing, Product Owner, Product Delivery or related field

•   Good analytical and strategic thinking and planning

•   Strong communication, motivation and interpersonal skills

•   Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

•   Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 

•   Knowledge of SQL and CRM tools such as Pelatro, etc.
