Job Summary:
China Business Strategist is mainly responsible for initiating the strategic plan regarding Fintech partnerships, enhance Thai-China business, and promote SCB's China business. He or she is taking full scope of work of long-term strategic plan and analysis as well as oversee project execution.
Job Description:
- Formulate strategies in the following areas: Develop long-term business strategies and devise corresponding short to mid-term tactical plans to achieve the SCB’s China business strategic priorities and aspirations
- Fintech in China/ Tech partnership
- Thai-China business enhancement
- SCB's China business promotion by collaboration with relevant units
- Conduct advanced strategic analysis and perform business intelligence research on relevant China local regulations, market landscape, market practice to support business opportunities, as well as competitor benchmarks, to Thai-China business opportunity development
- Oversee the execution of projects and drive cross business units collaboration to ensure that the projects are done according to plan that related to the China business objectives, with the organization’s policy, budget and strategic intents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administrations or related fields
- At least 3 years of experiences in banking business. Corporate banking background is preferable
- Comprehensive knowledge and skillful in Wholesale Banking Business, Banking products, Credit and Risk Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Chinese language is mandatory. HSK 5-6 is desirable
