Strategic Planning (Chinese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist ASEAN Strategic Planning Senior Manager to advance the work of the section
2. Develop GWM's brand strategy, brand positioning (price area), brand core values, and brand role (volume) for Vietnam and Philippines region.
3. Develop a product portfolio plan to support market leadership for each market segment. Focusing on brand positioning and market segmentation strategy, formulate the product positioning and introduction time of models in the target market to ensure that the benefits are maximized for the Vietnam and Philippines region.
4. Cooperate with the heads of countries to formulate market strategy (entry time, entry method, business model, etc.) of the ASEAN assigned country
5. Monitor industry, competitor movement, market and customer trends to identify product portfolio gap and opportunity, develop proposal for management approval for the ASEAN assigned country management approval for the Vietnam and Philippines region.
6. Consolidate regular reports for Department Business Plan review.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering and/or Business/Economics.
2. Professional English and Chinese.
3. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and 1 years of product planning
4. Knowledge of ASEAN Automotive industry such as industry trends, economic situation, political situation, competitor movement, tax and policy.
