SAP Healthcare Workstream Leader

Responsibilities

- Deep dive into hospital departments (think Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Patient Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.) to understand their unique challenges and needs.

- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining with customized SAP solutions.

- Define the "To-Be" state of processes, solution requirements, and performance metrics for success.

- Collaborate and actively engage with SAP implementors to configure relevant modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, HCM/SuccessFactors) to meet hospital-specific needs.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing hospital systems.

- Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and manuals for staff.

- Provide ongoing support and training, empowering staff to leverage SAP effectively.

- Stay at the forefront of healthcare regulations and best practices for SAP in healthcare.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in conducting business needs analysis and pinpointing key business challenges.

- In-depth understanding of core SAP modules, particularly with S/4HANA implementation experience (ideally in Finance & Controlling, Material Management, or HCM/SuccessFactors).

- Proven track record in configuration and testing.

- Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Meaningful Use) a plus.

- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and best practices (or a willingness to learn quickly!).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including hospital leadership, clinical staff, and SAP implementors.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while working independently.

- Demonstrated experience as a workstream lead, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to understand how business processes interweave across multiple technology platforms.

- Experience with data migration and integration tools a plus.

- Experience with SAP Signavio is a plus.
