Sales Officer (Appa)

What Will You Do

• Conduct sales activities for the Aboard Summer Camp program, including in-person sales, telesales, and social media sales.
• Coordinate sales efforts between different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Provide guidance and assist in resolving student concerns and weaknesses.
• Analyze student learning outcomes to develop strategic sales plans and achieve targets.
• Take responsibility for customer service issues and problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support sales planning.

What Will You Need

• Demonstrated ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Fast learner and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
