• Oversee coordination and cooperation with involved parties, including external stakeholders such as media partners and suppliers. Monitor issues and solicit suggestions to ensure the seamless execution of plans. This may involve designing framework manuals, organizing meetings, or facilitating knowledge exchange and information transfer.
