In charge of factory Predictive Maintenance Program for all machines, in part of Mechanical system, both in Maintenance Planning and Work Instruction to maintain machine reliability.
Initiate and Handle Predictive Maintenance Program execution to ensure the effectiveness of program activities.
Improvement predictive maintenance program to ensure the system sustainable and increase machine efficiency.
Handling basic predictive maintenance work involved condition monitoring vibration analysis, thermography, abnormal noise and visual check.
Handling basic office tasks, such as create, maintain and review database of condition monitoring routine.
Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged.
Summarize and report the results of machines status, surveillance and follow the machines condition until machines status is normal.
Contact and coordinate with various departments. Concerning machine and plan maintenance.
