Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Performs testing and analysis of lubricants, greases, fuel oils and raw materials according to specified procedures and test methods.
Manages all laboratory purchasing order for service, spare part, glassware, stationary and chemical stock by GEP SMART system.
Conducts quality control process for equipment verification/calibration/maintenance works as per laboratory procedures and work instructions including troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions and help to implement approved solutions.
Assists in lab blend studies and analysis of non-routine samples.
Performs documentation for internal and external assessment for ISO 17025, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949.
Follows compliance with company’s HSE principles regarding to safe working practices, hazardous chemical waste disposal.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, or related fields.
Having 0–10 years’ experience in the lubricants, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
Good knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Good written and verbal skills in English.
Open to shift work.
