Job Purpose
Maintain a zero-accident record while performing maintenance tasks by following LSRs and completion of BBS/near missed submission
Achievement of Machine critical classification
Inventory count completion
Planned vs Unplanned Work order
Notification quality
Maintenance plan coverage
Inventory count accuracy
Schedule compliance
Key Accountabilities
Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies:
Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of assets.
Establish maintenance schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
Equipment and Facility Oversight:
Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
Oversee and manage repair and installation activities
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and practices within the maintenance department.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for improving maintenance efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing equipment reliability.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new maintenance technologies.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance
Knowledge of proactive maintenance / PM
Skills in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, using various measuring tools
Analytical, counseling and problem solving skill
