Regulatory and Quality Assurance Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Proceed and control the approval processes of the imported appliances to get TISI license timely
• Ensure that company’s products comply with the regulations of TISI standards
• Coordinate with EGAT to join the energy label No.5 program in order to be the marketing advantage
• Liaise closely with the regulatory authorities both internal and external on a regular basis in product quality and requirements
• Coordinate with BA Quality and the factories to ensure that the critical/main components of TISI products are still meet TISI requirements.
• Build effective and proactive relationships with Government officials

The Regulatory will be measured on the following Key Performance Indicators:

• Keep target about lead time for safety and energy testing
• Sampling check critical components of TISI certified products
• Consider a factory visit/audit expense and product testing cost to comply with Electrolux's policy

Who you are:

• Male or female
• University Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in TISI approval and QA/QC or factory audit
• Knowledge of TISI and IEC standards
• Experience in electrical household appliances business
• Experience in FDA approval would be advantage
• Familiar with TISI, EGAT and other certification bodies
• Good communication both speaking and writing in English
• Negotiation skills
• MS office skills
• Able to travel upcountry and abroad
• Own a car and hold a driving license
