Real Estate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for real estate developments, including defining the project scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.
• Manage financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting. Ensure the project is completed within the approved financial scope.
• Identify potential risks related to site conditions, construction, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
• Monitor all phases of the project to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular site inspections and manage any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry, with a strong background in construction and development.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and real estate management tools.
• Strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, zoning laws, and building codes.
