Project Manager

Responsibility :

• Define project scope, develop plan, and manage projects to ensure that activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget, and schedule.
• Proactively identify and assess risks on projects - leading team to develop risk management plans.
• Monitor and track project progress
• Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast.
• Understand fraud management direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
• Prepare slides, reports, and documents for management
• Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, etc.
• Identify problems and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualification:

• Degree in Business, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years work experience. Experience in consulting or project management / business planning in a banking field is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in project management methodology and templates
• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills are needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously
• Multi-tasking skills to manage one or more large, complex projects
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Good to have a working knowledge of data analytics tools such as - PowerBI, Tableau
• Good to have experience in delivering enterprise-scale Data Analytics projects
