Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for key business metrics, track and monitor regional market indicators, and respond promptly to data changes. Quickly implement and adjust operational strategies based on platform data and customer behavior
• Monitor and analyze channel operations data, prepare reports, provide improvement suggestions, and optimize promotion strategies, considering overseas market indicators and KPIs
• Understand the business thoroughly and manage customer lifecycles based on business characteristics and customer profiles. Effectively implement on-platform and off-platform promotions to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze the competitive market environment, collect and organize market data, user feedback, and competitor information to support business decisions. Pay special attention to the latest trends and developments in the web3 sector
• Efficiently coordinate multiple resources to develop strategies that align internal and external brands, communities, markets, and partners with business goals

Requirements

• Familiarity with investment products such as stocks and funds, with trading experience being a plus
• Stay updated with financial industry trends, understand investor needs and psychology, and possess keen user insight
• Knowledgeable about various Internet product promotion methods and channels, and experienced in managing investor lifecycle operations
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills. Capable of developing work plans, effectively controlling work pace, and driving project goals to completion
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of adjusting operational strategies based on data to optimize actions and achieve operational goals
• Proficient in market research and data analysis, familiar with common research methods and tools. Excellent data analysis capabilities with a data-driven decision-making mindset and an understanding of the web3 ecosystem
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
