The required qualifications for the position are as follows:
- *Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Social Sciences, and Engineering
- *With significant experience in teaching (as a tutor, teacher, or instructor) especially in English
- *With significant experience in demonstrating leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to perform or demonstrate critical, systems, and design thinking
- Ability to take initiative, practice due diligence, and be proactive
- Ability to adapt to changing and evolving technological trends, especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

These qualifications are not required but would give an advantage during the application process:
- With a minimum TOEIC score of 750 (or equivalent to other English proficiency test such as IELTS or TOEFL) and can communicate effectively in English
- With experience in designing programs, curricula, or lesson plans
- With experience in working in a multicultural and/or multinational team
