Product Operations Manager

What you will do:

• Define the deployment and go-to-market strategy for our products
• Train partner teams in operations, marketing, etc. to understand how our products work and how to leverage them to drive business growth
• Work with our operations team to conduct research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform our long-term product strategy and roadmaps
• Identify and help resolve any key problems impacted by product post-launch
• Ensure that cross-functional partners are aligned and kept up-to-date on the product roadmap
• Own the “voice of the user” by absorbing and distilling user feedback to the product team

What you will need:

• Experience in data analysis, business strategy, finance, operations, or other similar roles
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), and the ability to engage with partners and stakeholders
• Strong sense of what makes a good user experience
• Self-starter with a hunger to learn
• Strong project management skills and a sense of prioritization
• Fluency in English

It would be great if you have;

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and / or Thai
• Experience working with SQL
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments
• Zero-to-one experiences: whether it’s your own side hustle or from employment
• Quantitative or computer science experience
