Principal Accountabilities
- Manages and leads product development project to meet the internal and the external requirements by closely working with cross-functional team with agreed timeline.
- Works with Product Safety on product risk assessment program. Ensure selected raw materials are met product safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manages and leads product development project for delivery cost savings to customer.
- Delivers sustainability goals by develop new structure for new or existing products.
- Collaborates with customer to get requirement and translate into technical term.
- Attends on-site trial with customer to make sure that our product can use properly on customer line.
- Establishes agreed specification between customer and company
- Issues, Updates and Maintains Product Specification in Amcor Specification Management System.
- Supports trouble shooting in Operations related to quality issue.
- Able to travel domestic and international when required.
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience (e.i. years of experience for a specific role, technical knowledge)
- Minimum 2 Years in working experience in product development, R&D, QA or related fields.
- Have experience in Flexible Packaging business is a plus.
- Have knowledge of flexible packaging development and conversion process.
- Understanding production process, customer application and can translate customer requirement into technical term.
- Experience in analytical test and identification.
