Operation Manager

Responsibilities

This position is to ensure that under the direction of the Contract Manager, He/She is to successfully achieving operational targets for all warehouse activities, co-ordination these activities across all department where their input assists in the achievement of the targets.

Within the frame work of all warehouse management functions, He/She has to ensure the smooth of operation and follow up and managing all shop floor activities. He/She is to ensure that the number of resources, manpower and equipment to meet the operation requirement. (Full Role Profile will be separately provided later)

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experiences in Logistics or Warehouse Management.
• Good Command of written & spoken in Thai and English
• Good analytical skill and fundamental financial skill
• PC Literacy
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure
• Self-motivating with good organizing, interpersonal & communication skills
• Product knowledge, Supply Chain Management, HR Management
