Officer, Retail Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation and presentation of annual budgets and business plans for the operation.
• Responsible for performance tracking against targets and providing recommendations to improve effectiveness, identify business opportunities, and correction plans.
• Perform lease analysis, cost and budget analysis, and CAPEX request analysis performing ad-hoc financial analysis, evaluate potential new leases and/or lease restructuring potential capital investments and restructuring etc.,
• Perform other related duties as required.

Key Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of exp. in a retail business, finance audit, or other related fields.
• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
• Have knowledge skills in using Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.,
• Good command of English communication
