• Establish a network of experts across the (local) industry
• Collect the latest market trends and movements
• Propose and help develop industry specific solution relevant to market trends
• Provide insights and advice to delivery projects in the automotive industry
• Research the market and publish insights report for the automotive industry
• Propose areas if investment when it comes to research, marketing and solution development
• Identify and support the positing of ABeam for CASE value creation
• Drive the knowledge creation and retention for the industry within ABeam
• In short, be the driving force that puts ABeam on the map as one of the leading Automotive Consulting companies in Asia, putting us at the table with major OEMs when they make their strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience working for a major OEM or within the Automotive Value Chain
• 5+ years of work experience in consulting industry
• In-depth knowledge of the overall Automotive Value Chain especially for distributors and dealer networks regarding their processes and benchmarks
• New Car Sales Process / KPIs
• Used Car Sales / KPIs
• Parts Sales Process / KPIs
• Aftersales Service Process / KPIs
• Experience leading market research and writing insight reports / white papers
• Experience creating budget plans with proper tracking of the return on investment
• Fluent in English (spoken as well as written)
