About the job

• Develops operations service solutions/process improvements to support the FBL and MCL Commercial Strategies and Plans

• Partners with Business Development in delivery of service level commitments to sellers/brands

• Over-all management of day-to-day inbounding requirements of Sellers/Brands

• Over-all management of the Third Party Returns Warehouse

• Over-all management of BMS Claims

• Commercial Logistics PIC for PSC and CS

• Partners with the Head of Commercial Logistics in the delivery of the FFM OKRs and PNL Objectives
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree

• 4+Years experience in warehouse management, 3rd party management, and customer service

• Strong negotiation skill and stakeholders management

• Understand warehouse operations and create a win-win solution with brands/partners

• Good English Communication

• Resilience and enjoy fast pace work environment
