Logistics Operations Supervisor – SCGJWD

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage cross-border transportation of goods between China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand, including route planning, transport duration, customs procedures, loading at the origin, and tracking the shipment status until it reaches the destination.

• Manage transportation routes and drivers to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Calculate transportation costs and provide pricing to customers.

• Responsible for resolving transportation issues and customer complaints.

• Issue relevant documents such as quotations, invoices, and payment processing to transportation contractors.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in transportation or shipment planning.

• Strong data analysis skills.

• Proficient in MS Office programs.

• Ability to communicate in English (TOEIC score of 400 or higher).

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5).

• Able to drive a car, hold a valid driver’s license, and travel for work to other provinces.

• Willingness to travel on business trips to other provinces for approximately 5-15 days per month.
