รายละเอียดงาน

- Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring about the issuing agreement process, drafting the agreements or notices including any legal and agreement discussion.

- Check and comment on any amendment issue of the agreement and advise about legal amendment issues to internal department and external organization.

- Give the comment about the company and affiliate’s lawsuit. In case that the company is sued and also file lawsuit against the others, Legal Manager will be the company’s agent which empowered by the company following the right of law and agreement.

- Be the representative to describe or be the witness to the government sector in case of having any summons or complaining related to company and/or be the lawyer as assigned.

- Follow up the working progress of team members and make sure that team works as same as the company’s policy and standard for serving the company’s demand in term of quality, decreasing the costs, quantity, hand over’s time and especially legally action and done in time.

- Coordinate with the legal consultant and facility to lawyer for the cases

- Onsite 100% (M-F 9:00-18:00)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor Degree of Law, Business Law, International Law, or related field (Finish Degree from International Law School will be advantage)
2. Age 35 - 45 years old
3. Excellent Command of English; writing, reading and ***speaking***
4. 5+ years of experiences in the legal field, preferably in International law firm, public company, large scale company
5. Strong experience in Litigation, Contract Drafting & Reviewing
6. Sound knowledge of the business/ legal contracts
7. Good team player, Good Negotiation, Good Interpersonal Skill
