Monitoring all Travel Claims are accurately process and deal with claimants/representatives in line with the provisions of the policy and within the specified service level agreements
Overseeing the daily operations of claim examiners handling new claim inventory, mail correspondence, appeals, special handling, and claim resolution customer service calls.
Managing staff performance (production, quality, attendance) resource allocation and staff training to ensure all claims are processed accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Overview internal Quality Control of Claim Process and all required claim reports monthly.
To provide monthly report on claim’s statistics and update for internal and external customers
Ensure claims correspondence to customers from the assessors is correct and delivering the right messages to customers
Support the development, implementation and maintenance the claims, insurance reporting standards and IT software application and including any launching new products.
Supervising and supporting the Claim examiners with clarification on claims processing and claim approval with the authorization limit
Ensured to control and delegate decision making in the day-to-day for claim authority to approve the claim within the benefit limit.
Coach, instruct and monitor and lead personnel within a junior in team and coworkers e.g. nurse ,Medical Assistance coordinator and Underwriters

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Some experience in Travel Insurance or any types of insurance would be advantage
Advance computer skills and proficiency on MS Office
Process good conceptual ,analytical and problem solving skills
Work experience Senior/Supervisor Role will be advantage
Good leadership and motivational skills
Good English communication skill, TOEIC 600, if available.
