Jewelry Advisor
Responsibilities:
Business development
Drive WFJ sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques to achieve WFJ business objectives, both individually as well as via strong partnership with Fashion Advisors
Client focus
Obtain a thorough understanding of his/her clients to drive impactful engagement and foster long-lasting relationship
Partner with both WFJ and Fashion boutique teams, including Fashion Advisor, CEE, DHOB, etc. to secure client appointments, driving strong recruitment and retention
Maintain the highest standard of services including after-sales, exchange & return, to ensure best-in-class experience for the clients
Provide client insights to BTQ management and WFJ management team to drive relevant actions and capture business potential
Merchandising and stock management
Provide feedback and suggestion on product assortment
Work closely with VM team to ensure impactful VM adhering to our standard of luxury
Collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Providing expert advice and support to both staff and clients.
Engaging in projects that challenge and expand your skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably from international Watch & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) brands
Strong knowledge of WFJ collections (including technical knowledge) and basic alteration skills with the experience of handling high profile clientele
Knowledge of WFJ competition environment & trends, commercial driven mindset but with team-playing spirit
Pleasant personality with high level of sophistication & refinement
Excellent communication skills (Thai and English) with team working spirit, aiming for the total business goals of the boutique
Comfortable with retail working hours such as on weekends and public holidays.
