IT Support Associate

Job Description:

• Provide end-user and problem resolution for computers, laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licenses, computers and hardware
• Managing stocks of equipment and asset tag, consumables and other supplies
• Purchasing IT equipment and coordinate with the vendor team
• Being responsible for any task assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT support role
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Ability to determine IT needs, onboarding and train end-users
• Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice
