    Helpdesk Engineer

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and the engineer assistance over the phone or email. 
    • One-Stop Services for All customer Need is 24/7 365 days a year. 
    • Logs the problems to systems and assign the case to support team. 
    • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. 
    • Follow-up the case and update customer status and information. 
    • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team. 
    • Generate internal & external ticketing system reports daily, weekly, monthly for BU Team & Customer. 

     

    Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of work experience in IT-related. (Open for New Graduation) 
    • Human relationship and a team player. 
    • Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, service-minded, high responsibility 
    • Assist in administrative work such as coordinate for supplies, organize for transport. 
    • Good communication / interpersonal skills. 
    • Good organizational and administrative skills. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Good written and verbal communications skills. 
    • Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. 
    • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
