Head of Anti Fraud Electronic Card

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish prevention and monitoring electronic cards and merchant with the direction of ttb Bank.
• Manage fraud transaction detection & monitoring, Credit card, Debit card 24/7
• Coordinated internal and external party in order to achieve fraud prevention.
• Manage customers affected to notify actions taken & provide assurance.
• Measure of system detection and recommend for system & parameter improvement.
• Update & share about new fraud types detected by monitoring.
• Control fraud impact communications, coordination across and end-to-end process management BUs and VC.
• Manage Fraud loss recovery & chargeback.
• Handle Fraud Customer complaints management, cleansing and database mining.
• Lead team members to achieve the goal by bank target for best result.

Skills / Knowledge Needs

• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in related field in Money and Banking, Information System, Information Management.
• At Least 7 years of working experience in Fraud monitoring or risk management, Banking industry is plus.
• Good Strategic and Management skill and organizing plan.
• Strong problem-solving skill with quick and comprehensive reaction under extremely problematic situation.
• Has knowledge in the Card Business, Computer M3 for an application of Information technology to the world of banking.
• Good command of English
