About the role

The Full-Time Entry-Level, Junior/Associate Fitness & Recreation Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all fitness and recreational activities within our esteemed hotel. This position entails the creation and implementation of dynamic programs that cater to guests of all ages and fitness levels, ensuring a high standard of safety, and ultimately enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging fitness and recreational programs for guests
• Maintain a safe environment for all participants involved in activities
• Supervise fitness instructors and recreational staff
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of fitness and recreational facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any feedback or concerns
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate activities and events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitness or recreation management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Certification in fitness training or a related field
• Passion for health, wellness, and providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
