Financial Planning and Asset Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to optimize the company’s asset portfolio.
• Manage the company’s investment activities, including monitoring market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and mitigating risks.
• Oversee asset management operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximization of returns.
• Prepare and manage the company’s budget, providing forecasts, financial analysis, and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, investment firms, and auditors.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning, asset management, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management practices.
• Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
