Finance Business Partner Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and help them achieve their financial objectives.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support business partners and business decisions. Also, monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with related functions for the annual budgeting and re-forecasting process
• Work with cross-functional teams on projects that have financial impact and facilitate communication between finance and other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Assess and identify risks and issues in business processes and systems as well as design control mitigation to ensure tight control, rules, regulations and guidelines for internal audit purpose and with system security concepts across the different processes in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with and be a key contact for internal audit function to identify gaps and implement further actions to close gaps from group requirements and audit’s comments within proper timeline.
• Foster automation and share best practice of Business-Critical Processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business partnering and process improvement role.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning and process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency use of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel) and Microsoft office tools
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
