Role and Responsibility:

• Assist to create BTL concept and execution plan: focused to hybrid BTL activity
• Propose event idea & trend & references with marketing insight
• Main PIC of client communication & updating management
• Analyze the target audience / event participant with event objective
• Manage project timeline (BTL Activity timeline, Production, Onsite execution)
• Direct to propose all event item & contents material, venue (offline) & social platform option, permit issue management, develop & create event program flow & operation solution, manage to propose event production solution include stage, experience Zone as total event property, multimedia production management (ex. Manifesto, Pagination, All Animatic contents), show direction at onsite, gimmick proposal and direct logistic solution
• Manage the vendor network & recommend to client for vendor selection process
• Handle VIP Hospitality: VIP full care service (Briefing & Guiding onsite)
• Manage production material loading in & out
• Manage manpower training
• Onsite client guiding
• Direct onsite documentation (evet sketch: image & video) for client social contents
• Coordinate contents shooting: Scheduling, shooting onsite, Contents editing.
• Direct to manage official event reporting such as review the event: Timely, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual include issue raise, survey target audience / event participant feedback.
• Manage partnership management
• Propose collaboration brand, KOL, Influencer, Community list
• Coordinate partnership contents (collaboration event material & event program)
• Manage budget: Create cost estimate, Negotiate vendor quotation.
• Manage project process work: Purchase order process, Invoicing etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in project leader of BTL project: on/offline BTL activity, exhibition, mega event
• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or any related field.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Vendor coordination skills
• Communicate well with the entire staff at the event
• Incredibly detail oriented
• Ability to sell the event to interested parties
• Time management skills (Project management skills)
• Risk management experience
• Great interpersonal skills
