lead the content team, working with translators and writers to translate or rewrite accurate medical and health information into human friendly and concise content
work with communication and marketing teams to plan and develop new content ideas, stories, series, concepts, and themes. Recommend and produce headline ideas to attract target audience
create and maintain MedPark’s in-house communication style guide and checklist, ensuring consistency in MedPark’s brand voice for all external communication
evaluate and proofread text, content, and artwork for spelling, grammar, hyphenation, capitalization, punctuation, and syntax
check facts and raise queries with writers, checking that all required materials and information have been provided
train new staff in content team about the MedPark’s content creation process
any other related duties or tasks that may be assigned as per business needs
คุณสมบัติ
bachelor’s degree or above in any field
experience in full-time business-to-consumer English professional copywriting or copyediting experience
excellent English written, verbal, and proofreading skills, with correct usage of human-friendly sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
a true bilingual of English and Thai, or a native English speaker, will be specially considered
high attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to remain detail-oriented and focused when processing large amounts of text
high resilience and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and handle tight deadlines
highly organized and able to prioritize workload and excellent time management, being both an individual performer and team player
strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
