Digital Sales Manager (Digital Media Business)

Job Description :

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the digital sales team
• Coordinate and lead the digital sales team in executing sales activities through online channels
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strong customer relationships through various online platforms
• Analyze and evaluate the sales performance of the team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance sales strategies
• Collaborate with other departments, especially marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business goals
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the digital sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Drive strategies for acquiring new business and expanding the customer base
• Oversee customer support activities, ensuring timely and effective assistance to customers
• Prepare and present regular reports on digital sales performance to the management team

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
• 5+ years hands on experience in digital marketing, digital media agency or news publishing such as The standard, Longtunman, Today and The MATTER would be an advantage
• Good communication skills with ability to tailor information to various audiences
• Background from digital media agency is a plus
• Strong client and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Good understanding of digital advertising
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
