Data Scientist

รายละเอียดงาน :

• Develop an understanding of hospital functions and processes and apply data analysis findings to aid decision-making.

• Convert hospital business questions into proposed analytic plans, obtain input from key business users as needed, and confirm key stakeholder buy-in before moving forward.

• Be able to jump between multiple sorts of data sets, such as operational, clinical, and financial.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, and identify improvement opportunities e.g. predict length of stay, which patients are most likely to be readmitted within 30 days of discharge, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and pain points as well as coordinate analysis with 3rd parties as needed.

• Generate hypotheses, develop analysis model, validate your findings and communicate results in business term to internal hospital key stakeholders.

• Assist as hospital resident data expert and share best practices/approaches for statistics, machine learning techniques, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Health Informatics or similar subject.

• 2 years+ relevant experience in healthcare industry and/or more than 5 years of experience as data scientist from healthcare or other industries.

• Knowledge of applied statistics.

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling.

• Knowledge of relational databases, scripting languages, and statistical computing packages for example; R, Python, Hadoop,etc.

• Ability to run sprint planning meeting & sprint retrospective is a plus.

• Strong ability to think strategically and be proactive and collaborative with desire to learn analytics commonly used to support healthcare operations.

• Strong analytical and assessment skills.

• Strong ability to translate data, driving insights into decisions and actions.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to present good story line and findings precisely and effectively.
