Claim Management & Analytics (Group Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Managing data forming and analytics model for Group Products’ IPD and OPD claim to support business monitoring, predictive models, outlier alerts for actions from backend (Operations and Provider Management) and front end (Sales)
• Co-ordinate to create tools e.g. Claim dashboard to support information and communication to key stakeholders (Sale – Distributor – Clients – Members), including utilization of claim dashboard
• Liase with Sales, CS (Group EB) operations, Claim Services and Provider Management for relevant actions to support claim management and control
• Work closely with CS (Group EB) operation system, IT and customer data management parties to develop DataMart for analytics including; determine data requirements and methods to collect and validate data, based on analysis objective. Structure, mine and make sense of data from external and internal data sources
• Generate regular/on-demand analytical reports, develop and implement data visualization/dashboards, sales performance and campaign tracking and analysis support for rolling out or improvement plan
• Conduct deep-dive analysis or any ad-hoc project as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance or Statistics
• Having Actuarial and Group Insurance Business background at least 2-3 years
• Analytical knowledge and skills
• Proactive and result oriented
• Excellent in Analytical tools (Excel / Power BI)
