Responsibilities

• Lead our business and sales operations, focusing on multi-language support and partner interactions
• Enhance cost efficiency through the improvement of agent productivity and automation using RPA
• Achieve upselling revenue targets by driving sales and providing excellent customer support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages to support diverse customer needs
