Business Performance Specialist (International Business)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Manage and oversee the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in managing a team and developing financial strategies.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
