Investment Specialist

Job Scope:

• Manage and work closely with the companies in investment portfolio to achieve the business targets and strategy.

• Monitor, evaluate, review, and report business and financial performance of the investment portfolio companies as well as recommend the improvement plan to achieve the company performance and targets.

• Participate in overall financial management including financial strategy and planning, cashflow management, investment and funding plan as well as fundraising process of the investment portfolio companies as assigned.

• Research and evaluate the market environment, business landscape and trends on the focused investment areas as well as the portfolio companies.

• Evaluate, develop, and execute the investment transaction including financial model evaluation, due diligence, and internal process to meet business requirements.

• Evaluate and execute on Merging & Acquisition (M&A) opportunities and any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting management, or investments management, portfolio Management.

• Experience in investment banking and M&A especially in energy sector would be an advantage.

• Possess financial skills including financial modeling and analysis, cashflow management, and financial valuation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business acumen

• Good communications skills, collaborative attitude with demonstrated experience partnering with a variety of colleagues and business partners.

• Good command of English (TOEIC score 700 and above).
