Business Intelligence (Strategy Office)

Job Responsibilities

• Developing dashboards, and analytic reports to help business users make better decisions
• Conducting an analysis, including data gathering, business requirements, processing, and dynamic dashboards
• Identifying and interpreting insight from the information to become an actionable solution
• Working with the Data Engineer to ensure we have all key data available in our data warehouse for supporting business operations in a timely manner
• Integrating tools or services to be able to provide alternative solution for users

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of working experience in business intelligence, data analytic or related position
• Proficient skills in SQL e.g. Postgres, BigQuery
• Knowledge of Tableau, Python or any other BI tools is a plus
• Abilities to organize and pursue cross-functional activities from start to finish
• Good interpersonal and client handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and simplify technical information
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English communication skills
• Experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus
