Business Development Analyst – SCGP

Job Summary

• Conducted enterprise valuation, assessed financial returns, and analyzed business strategies to identify Mergers & Partnerships (M&P) opportunities.

• Lead financial feasibility studies of internal investment projects to enhance decision-making efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders—from cross-functional teams to executives—to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end M&P projects, from opportunity selection aligned with corporate strategy to financial modeling, proposal preparation, contract collaboration, and post-deal integration planning.

• Evaluate investment project returns using sound assumptions and analyze their strategic alignment with SCGP’s business context.

• Support deal execution and strategic planning through cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

• (Minimum GPA: Bachelor > 2.70 / Master > 3.30)

• 2–3 years of experience in financial forecasting, investment analysis, or M&A

• Solid understanding of financial feasibility studies, enterprise valuation, and M&A methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with leadership and coordination capabilities

• Good command of English (TOEIC > 550)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic or international)
