Administrative Support
Manage and organize the EVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses.
Documentation And Reporting
Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Communication And Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders.
Liaise with department heads, clients, and business partners to facilitate effective communication.
Coordinate with other executives’ assistants to ensure alignment on schedules and projects.
Project And Event Management
Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and key initiatives led by the EVP.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Travel Management
Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the EVP.
Handle expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement and record-keeping.
