Manager, Workforce Management
Responsibilities
Budget Analysis: Analyze workforce-related expenses and identify opportunities to optimize labor costs without compromising service quality.
Cost Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts of workforce expenses based on demand, historical data, and market conditions.
Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to determine cost-effective resource allocation strategies.
Cost Reduction Initiatives: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing overhead and operational costs through improved workforce planning and management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on workforce costs to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors or consultants related to workforce management to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration or finance.
Proven experience in workforce management, vendor management, Project Management
Strong skills in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions related to customer experience elevation and cost optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Stakeholder management internal and external
