Building Manager

What this job involves:

Client satisfaction is the key

Service mind and logical thinking is crucial for this role. You’ll build and maintain positive and professional relationship with multi-related parties i.e. landlord and tenants by providing reliable information and practical solutions for clients. You’ll also handle the client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.

Driving excellent daily operations

As the person in charge, you’ll manage the site team including engineering and ensure uninterrupted building operations. All compliance is followed. If there is any incident or any errors happened, you’ll have to be informed immediately and updated the client on the situation and solutions soonest.

Basic finances understanding is a must

You have to be equipped with basic finance knowledge i.e. budget management, capex, opex, fixed asset. In managing the site, you have to control budget, create savings, provide budget forecast for both Capital and Expense for the client if needed.

Leader for the team

To deliver high-quality property management services, you’ll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills. Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programmes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.

A seasoned expert

Do you have a diploma or a degree in estate management, building services, engineering or similar courses? Do you have at least six years of experience and technical expertise in facilities management? If you said yes to all these, then you are what we’re looking for.
