Barista (Sales gallery at Silom)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering any questions about our menu.

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, as required.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and service.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
