Assistant Manager - Energy Innovation Management

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assume responsibility of the technical support for solar PPA project development process i.e. site survey, design review, cost estimation review, technical clarification with customers and proposal preparation
• Ensure that the solar PPA project meet customers financial and technical requirements
• Work with project construction until project achieve COD for Solar or other Energy innovation
• Monitor solar projects performance and prepare weekly/monthly report to ensure an optimum performance and advice on any potential improvements
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot potential or existing issues for solar projects in operation
• Liaise and coordinate with the other members of the Solar team and related functions from sales to after sales services such as account managers, finance, project construction, legal and insurance, permit, SSHE and O&M.
• Coordinate with customer to perform the related activities
• Perform the billing process including indexation, calculation and issuance of invoices
• Complete other jobs as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master ‘s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, C&I or Industrial Engineering.
• 4 years of working experience in related field (i.e. solar project development for industrial customers or solar asset management).
• Working in Energy business would be advantageous.
• Skills SAP prior experience would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English with TOEIC Score at least 600
• Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal, financial, and organizational skills
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and multidisciplinary team.
