Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering the development and execution of contract and compliance management for Minor International, including Minor Food brands, Minor Food factories, and Minor Hotels. To serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external parties in relation to contract management, contract compliance and contract issues; provide administration of the sales/procurement contracts, agreements and associated activities.
This requires an intense and broad range of knowledge of both local & international supply chain capabilities and the ability to structurally analyse and influence all business partners to meet corporate objectives on products, quality, and price and service levels.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- Manages the contracts process, ensures attention to detail and accuracy, monitors for vendor and user compliance, and advises SCM team in pre-award contract reviews and post-award development of contract instruments
- Monitors, tracks and reviews contract and agreement documents, and notifies regarding required adjustments.
- Reviews and provides recommendations to the team on all formal solicitations. Assists in writing specifications for goods, scope of work for services. Ensure appropriate performance standards, quality, delivery, life cycle cost and warranty are identified in formal one and two step solicitations.
- Executes analytical model – use data extensively, quantitative analysis, predictive models and fact-based management to drive actions
- Provides assistance with the formal bid process for specialized equipment and services. Process reports as required.
- Supports in drawing up agreement, contract, memorandum of understanding, agreeing internal roles and responsibilities for each contract.
- Ensures that all contract information is accurate, appropriately filed, current and available to all who use it. Monitor competitive terms. Monitor supplier satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes
- Makes operation staff and/or all relevant parties aware of contract requirement and monitor compliance
- Ensures all financial and contract issues are properly completed at the close out of contracts
- Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, supplier contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects as well as Tracks saving, rebate and/or support which are aligned with the contracts
- Monitors compliance with established procedures. Identify areas of recurrent pressure.
- Ensures contract close-out, extension or renewal

Qualifications
- Strategic thinking ability, with strong leadership and hyper-collaboration skills
- Strong experience in contract management and end-to-end supply chain execution.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices and procedures preferred, as well as experience with supply system.
- Experienced in Food and Non-Food manufacturing process from upstream (raw material) to downstream (processing), Hotel Business or Share Services
- Strong in people development
- Strong project management and execution skill.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 5 years work experience in food or related industries with solid knowledge and direct experience in supply chain, and corporate management in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of monitoring and managing contracts preferably at an international level
- Good understanding in hotel operation and non-food International procurement/sourcing process
- 5 years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties of the position

- Advanced English skills (writing, reading etc)
- Advanced Word/Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Writing, reporting and editing skills including the ability to present information in a coherent manner
