Assistant Front Office Manager - Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Manage the front office department and ensure smooth operations
• Handle reservation systems and revenue meetings
• Participate in monthly statistics and reports
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
• Handle guest complaints professionally

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, front office, and reservations
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Comanche program is an advantage
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• THAI Male/Female only, age not over 40 years old
• Strong organizational and communication skills
