    Night Guest Service Agent

    Position Details

    Job Summary:

    The Night Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and smooth front office operations during the overnight shift. This role ensures the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests while representing the hotel brand in a professional and warm manner. Responsibilities include night audit procedures, check-in/out support, guest inquiries, and coordination with security and housekeeping as needed.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Guest Services & Front Office Operations

    • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude during late-night check-in or inquiries.

    • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservation modifications using the hotel’s PMS.

    • Provide prompt assistance and information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local area.

    • Respond to guest requests or complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary.

    • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and secure throughout the night.

    Night Audit & Reporting

    • Perform basic night audit functions, including verifying daily transactions and preparing shift reports.

    • Reconcile payment summaries and verify folios for accuracy.

    • Assist in generating daily revenue and occupancy reports for the management team.

    Safety & Coordination

    • Act as the main point of contact for any emergency situations during night hours.

    • Coordinate with on-duty security, housekeeping, and engineering teams as needed.

    • Conduct routine property walks and safety checks when required.


    Qualifications:

    • At least 1–2 years of experience in front office or guest service roles (preferably in hospitality).

    • Previous experience working night shifts is an advantage.

    • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

    • Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, etc.) and basic computer skills.

    • Calm, professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.

    • Service-minded, reliable, and punctual.


    Working Hours:

    Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10-hour shift, including 1-hour break)
    Rotational schedule including weekends and public holidays
